Introduction of the BUNKA HALL OF FAMES's Class of 2006 at the Miyako Hotel in San Francisco February 25th 2007 Spring Tea Ceremony by Hokka Nichi Bei Kai's Tea Society at the CHASHITSU in the Nichi Bei Kai Building located at 1759 Sutter St. San Francisco, California. March 2007 35th Annual Japanese Children's Speech Contest to be held at the Information Center of the Consulate General of San Francisco. April 2007 Cherry Blossom Festival in San Francisco's Japantown. July or August 2007 Summer Tea Ceremony by the Tea Society of Hokka Nichi Bei Kai at the CHASHITSU in the Nichi Bei Kai Building, 1759 Sutter St. San Francisco, California. September 15th 2007 Food Saftey Seminar presented by Mr. Takehiko Yasuda, certified food safety advisor. Seminar held at 558 N. 4th St. San Jose. October 1st 2007 BUNKA HALL OF FAME deadline for candidates applications. November 4th 2007 34th Annual Japanese Speech Contest. 9:30am and 1:30 pm Japanese Speech Contests for Middle School / High School / College Students , and Adults Located at Japan Information Center, 50 fremont St, San Francisco November 18th 2007 Fall Tea Party at Hokka Nichi Bei Kai Tea House, 1759 Sutter St. San Francisco December 19th 2007 Annual General Meeting for members at Hokka Nichi Bei Kai Building 1759 Sutter St. San Francisco Organizations that wish to calendar their Bunka (Culture of Japan) events are invited to send details of the event in writing to BUNKA CALENDAR, 1759 Sutter St. San Francisco, CA 94115 or through Electornic Mail at bunka@nichibeikai.org.
